Your little dancer will have a blast this summer learning why dance is so much fun! The Tiny Dancer clinic combines pre-ballet, jazz, hip hop, and soft shoe, all set to music. Instructors encourage our dancers to use their imaginations through props, activities and different fun themes each week. Campers also explore dance through arts, crafts and story time.

Campers will swing into jungle fun with weekly themes including crafts, sports activities and games. Outdoor adventures include water day, featuring water balloons, sprinkler fun and silly wet games! Campers receive two t-shirts and backpack for the entire summer. Campers will wear their camp shirts to camp each day. Staff-to-camper ratio is 1:8.
Put on your shades and brighten your summer with fun creative art, story time and age-appropriate activities with your little one. A "YAMS" facilitator guides adult and child interactions as they explore together. This camp is also a socialization experience for young children and is especially helpful in familiarizing children with a classroom environment prior to preschool. Every camper and their adult will receive one camp shirt for the entire summer. Every child needs an adult participant.
Playtime Pals is a half-day camp jam-packed with weekly themes, thrilling discoveries and pure fun. Campers enjoy outdoor games, arts, crafts, sports and nature activities. Water play, including use of sprinklers and hose, as well as water games, will take place on site. Campers will go on field trips each Wednesday and have special visitors each Thursday. Have fun all summer long with games, crafts and sports! Campers will swim at our outdoor pools three times a week and attend two field trips a week to fantastic destinations. Most camper time will be spent outside. When visiting our pools, in addition to open swim time, we are adding swim lessons for campers of ALL swim abilities. Whether your camper is just getting comfortable in the water or on a swim team, our swim lessons will be tailored to their ability.+ Before and After Care is available for those who need an extended day.+ Every camper will receive one camp t-shirt and one backpack for the entire summer. + Staff-to-camper ratio is 1:10.

We are excited to announce that the summer musical production is going to be Disney's High School Musical 2. Join Skyline Studios and discover the magic of performing on stage in a musical! Our young actors will spend the day rehearsing the show, which will include acting, singing and dancing. Participating in GCT nurtures creativity while building confidence, positive body image, teamwork and a sense of accomplishment.
Experience all the fun camp activities enjoyed in years past. In addition to playing an assortment of active games, sports, arts and crafts, our campers will also be going back on field trips, inviting special guests to add to the variety of camp activities and visiting one of our outdoor pools each week. When visiting our pools, in addition to open swim time, we are adding swim lessons for campers of ALL swim abilities. Whether your camper is just getting comfortable in the water or on a swim team, our swim lessons will be tailored to their ability. A nut safe lunch will also be provided for full day camps every day at no additional cost. Snacks will be provided for all options. If you choose to bring your own nut safe lunch, you can do so. Each camper receives one T-shirt.
Experience the great outdoors at The Grove! Fridays will have extended hours as campers will go on offsite field trips. The second session will end with a campout/sleepover at The Grove
The Grove is the ideal place for your little naturalist to learn all about birds, insects, mammals, trees, flowers and more. We'll visit with turtles, take hikes in the woods, and discover animal tracks in the dirt. Staff presents a different theme each week. Staff-to-camper ratio is 1:7.Note: Please register for one day as themes are repeated for the week.
Have you ever been on a night hike or held a snake? Experience nature first hand and discover all The Grove has to offer! Each day has a different theme that campers will explore with games, crafts and stories.
Make the transition from the lesson tee to the first tee easy! Geared towards the experienced junior golfer, this camp gives your child the opportunity to play 9 holes of golf every day with an instructor who will be emphasizing course etiquette, rules, score keeping, pace of play, and course strategies. Juniors attending this camp must have their own equipment and have at least one year of experience, completed one week of Summer Swing Golf Camp, or completed Holes 1 through 5 of Glenview Junior Golf Academy.
The roosters are crowing and you know what that means. Time to get to work! Campers will perform daily chores and learn specialized skills during this fun-filled farming camp. We'll tend the farm's livestock, cook over a wood-burning stove and learn period games and crafts. Staff-to-camper ratio is 1:7.
Are you a budding, little farmer just waiting to learn about animals and crops? This camp is for you! Each week campers will focus on a different animal and spend the morning doing chores, crafts, and other fun camp activities. Staff child ratio is 1:7.
Stay cool this summer at Camp Ice Cool where you can improve your skating skills, meet new friends, take part in fun camp activities. Spend part of the day brushing up on your skating technique and enjoy a variety of other activities including dance, outdoor recreation, swimming, arts and crafts, and field trips. Campers also have some down time to eat lunch together, enjoy a movie and just chill.
Here is the perfect camp for beginning junior golfers. Campers are introduced to all of the key areas of the game including putting, chipping and the full swing through fun, golf-specific games and activities. Fundamentals are emphasized so that all campers develop a solid platform to build on. Each Friday we apply our newly acquired skills with a variety of contests. 6:1 camper to teacher ratio.
Making friends, working together and learning to play the exhilarating, fast-paced sport of paddle tennis is what this camp is all about! Junior Paddle Camp provides a combination of outdoor exercise, concentration, athleticism, and fun. The first hour focuses on basic fundamentals, score keeping and positioning. Campers play games and matches during the last half hour.
REGISTER BY THE WEEKMorning Tennis Camp is for beginner to intermediate players. Players will be using an age appropriate ball and court (Red 5-8 year-olds, Orange 9 -10 year-olds, Green 11-14 year-olds beginner to intermediate players). Competitive Tennis Training Camp is for intermediate to advanced level players ages 11-14 with a regular Yellow tennis ball. Campers will be separated into pods based on age and ability to minimize exposure and maximize development. REGISTER BY THE WEEKExtend your camper's day with swimming and different afternoon activities. After attending Morning Tennis Camp, players will take a lunch break before enjoying these afternoon activities: --Three days a week we will attend a fun afternoon at one of Glenview's outdoor pools.--On the other two days we will take field trips to Glenview Park District facilities and/or participate in athletic activities around the Glenview area.On days when the pool is closed campers take part in a variety of fun-filled indoor activities at the Glenview Tennis Club.Campers MUST be enrolled in the GTC Morning Tennis Camp to participate in this camp. Campers must be at least 7 years old by 8/31/22.
Campers spend the morning developing proper fundamentals for the full-swing, chipping, putting, pitching and sand shots. On Friday mornings, every camper puts their skills to the test with at 9-hole match at the Glenview Prairie Club. Note: Other than Friday, half day camp does not include on-course instruction.Full day campers follow the morning schedule. After lunch, they spend the afternoon on the course for a 9-hole playing lesson with their counselor to learn respect for the game, confidence, concentration and sportsmanship. On Friday, camp is held at the Glenview Prairie Club. Campers will have the chance to play 9 holes in the morning followed by a pizza party for all campers. Afterwards, full day campers will head back out to the course for their afternoon match. On-course teacher-to-camper ratio is 1:4.Daily Schedule:+ 9:15 am: Instruction, developing pre-swing and swing fundamentals+ 12:15 pm: Half day campers depart.
